Kiah blaja makan laksa mee ni dari hubby and blaja masak dari mak mertua. Orang Pantai Remis makan laksa mee ni kuah ckit je tapi Kiah makan kuahnya banyak...hehe....lagi satu laksa mee Pantai Remis selalunya warna kuning macam mee sanggul rupanya. Laksa mee putih ni ada jugak tapi jarang la....kat Serdang ni ada jual yang putih je,kira ok la tu.Di bawah ni kiah kongsikan resepinya ye tapi mintak maap la takde sukatan...Kiah main campak2 je.....gandingan untuk laksa mee ni ialah karipap samosa inti sardin.Tapi karipap samosa ni Kiah beli dari rakan di sekolah (frozen buatan sendiri). Sedap sangat karipapnya.......rangup,hubby makan sampai 3 ketul, dia ingatkan bini dia dia yang buat tapi rupanya bini orang lain.....hehe.....oklah jom check resepi laksa mee kat bawah ni......kalau orang Pangkor versinya lain ckit ye...&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;Mee Teow (putih atau kuning- Kiah guna warna putih)&lt;br /&gt;Kacang panjang/buncis - potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;Lobak masin - cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;Udang/ketam -Kiah guna dua2 (untuk kuah)&lt;br /&gt;Cili kering - kisar&lt;br /&gt;Udang kering - blend ngan cili kering skali&lt;br /&gt;Garam dan gula secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;Bawang kecil dan putih - mayang nipis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;Untuk sayur:&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang sampai layu dan masukkan lobak masin,goreng sampai&amp;nbsp;masak dan masukkan kacang panjang/buncis. Kacau rata dan goreng sampai layu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk Sambal:&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak dan tumis campuran cili kering dan udang kering. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula. Masak sampai pecah minyak dan cilinya betul2 masak.Rasa sambal ni pedas2 manis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk kuahnya:&lt;br /&gt;Rebus ketam/udang dengan air sampai mendidih.Perisakan dengan garam secukupnya dan jika suka tambahkan serbuk pati ayam sikit. Campur semua bahan doh biasa dan uli hingga licin sama seperti doh di atas dan bahagikan kepada 8.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;3. Ambil doh biasa, canaikan sedikit dan jangan besar sangat.Letakkan doh berminyak di atasnya dan balut semula (jadi bulat macam bola tenis).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;4. Canaikan doh tersebut sehingga nipis seperti tebal roti canai segera. Jangan tekan kuat sangat semasa mencanai untuk elak melekat pada papan canai. Belah tengah dan ambil satu bahagian kemudian gulung seperti menggulung tikar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;5. Susun  gegelang nenas dalam tin seperti dalam gambar, sumbat dengan ceri merah  pada setiap lubang nenas tadi (1 biji ceri, belah 2). Ketepikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Putar  mentega dengan sebahagian gula halus dan esen vanilla hingga putih,  masukkan telur kuning satu persatu sambil terus memutar hingga kembang  dan gebu. Perlahankan speed, masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga  habis. Gaul rata dan ketepikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dalam mixing bowl yg bersih dan  kering, putar putih telur hingga berbuih, masukkan baki gula dan terus  memutar hingga kembang dan kental. Gaul putih telur tadi ke dalam adunan  tepung sedikit demi sedikit dengan menggunakan kaedah kaup balik. Kacau  rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang dalam tin tadi dan ratakan. Bakar dalam oven yang  telah dipanaskan pada suhu 175C selama 50 minit atau hingga masak,  bergantung pada oven masing2. Sejukkan kek sebelum dihidangkan. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ekor ayam (bersihkan dan  tidak perlu dipotong kecil) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bahan-2 untuk make up ayam :  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3  biji bawang besar &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 biji bawang putih &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 inci halia &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2  atau 3 sudu besar sos lada hitam - aku tadak sos nih ganti ngan sos  tiram+kicap pekat n lada hitam byk.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sudu besar madu &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1  ketul kiub ayam Knorr &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sudu besar gula pasir- hana gune gula  perang&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sudu besar herba campuran &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 sudu teh  garam halus &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sedikit air untuk mengisar kesemua bahan make-up. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sedikit  mentega &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara-cara&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;   Campur kesemua bahan make-up dengan sedikit air dan kisar.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;    Lumurkan keseluruhan bahan tadi diluar dan dalam ayam yang telah  dibersihkan.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;   Perap selama 1 1/2 jam.- hana perap semalaman.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;  Sapu sedikit mentega keseluruhan ayam dan bakar/panggang. Bakar selama 1  1/2 jam atau sehingga ayam masak. Semasa membakar, selepas 1/2 jam  pertama, sapukan ayam dengan minyak n campuran rempah yang menitis. margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="236" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_itUkV66FXVU/TAIOqb1S5wI/AAAAAAAAALw/fG2S24B0AU8/s320/P5280277.JPG" width="320" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hari ni cuti menggantikan cuti umum wesak day ari tu so spend masa lama ckit la kat umah.Hari ni Kiah pergi walimatulurus anak kwn Hubby kat IPD ni jugak.Meriah kenduri dia dan lauk pun pelbagai pilihan so hr ni gantung periuk la.....Sebelum pegi kenduri tadi Kiah sediakan pannacotta ni tapi kali ni tak letak buah Kiah buat plain je pastu makan ngan syrup chocolate Hershey's.Idea ni amik kat umah LOVE tapi Kiah guna resepi yg Kiah dah buat sebelum ni.Sedap sangat........Adib makan tak hengat dunia tambahan adasyruo chocolate tu lagi la laju.......Tengah hari makan pannacotta ni rasa lega je tekak.&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahannya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;7 grm gelatin (1 packet) + 3 tbsp of water (Kiah guna air panas)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ½ cups full cream milk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup sugar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp vanilla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Method:-&lt;br /&gt;1. Mix the gelatin and water together and set it aside to bloom.&lt;br /&gt;2. Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan, cook over low medium heat until  bubbles form around the edges of the saucepan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and stir in the gelatin. Stir  until the gelatin dissolved.&lt;br /&gt;4. Pour the mixture into six ramekins or cups.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan dalam peti ais dan biarkan mengeras....&lt;br /&gt;6. text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_itUkV66FXVU/S_FkzRzlHnI/AAAAAAAAALA/lg-kvCpTHHc/s1600/P5150094.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_itUkV66FXVU/S_FkzRzlHnI/AAAAAAAAALA/lg-kvCpTHHc/s320/P5150094.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Salam buat semua rakan-rakan maya,maafkan daku kerana tidak bersiaran sekian lama.Setelah Adib baik dari demam campak,internet umah plak buat problem,tak boleh nak connect,tepon tm and after technician dia dtg baiki baru la hidup semula,rupanya modem rosak.Petang tadi Kiah buat kuih tepung pelita tapi dalam versi moden ckit......apa yang moden???bekasnya la,patutnya kuih ni letak dalam daun pisang tapi tak rajin buat bekas tu maka pakai ramekin dan tupperware kecik tu je.First time cuba buat kuih ni dan alhamdulillah jadi.Adib suka betul,3 bekas dia makan.Mak dan abah Adib lagi la suka.......hehe.Sedap dan lembut kuih ni.Nampaknya akan ada siaran ulangan la selepas ni xpecially bulan posa nanti.Kiah amik resepi ni dari mem besar MYR,Kak Yani.Terima kasih bebanyak ye Kak Yani.Bagi yg br nak mencuba buat kuih ni cam kiah ni resepinya.............&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan gula&lt;br /&gt;5 cawan air&lt;br /&gt;4 sudu besar tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;1 biji kelapa (perah jadi 4 cawan santan)&lt;br /&gt;4 helai daun pandan (mesin dengan sedikit air)&lt;br /&gt;sedikit kapur dan garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-caranya:&lt;br /&gt;1. Campurkan tepung, air, gula, air daun pandan dan air kapur di dalam periuk dan campur sebati.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masak atas api bancuhan tepung di atas dan kacau sehingga masak dan berkilat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Apabila telah masak,masukkan ke dalam bekas tepung pelita (Kiah pakai ramekin dan tupperware plastik kecik2 tu je). Biarkan adunan tadi sejuk dan beku dengan sendiri. &lt;br /&gt;4. Dalam bekas/periuk yang lain,masukkan santan, tepung beras yg 4 sudu dan sedikit garam. Kacau sebati dan masak adunan ini sambil dikacau sehingga pekat.&lt;br /&gt;5. Apabila telah masak,angkat adunan santan tersebut dan curahkan atas tepung dalam acuan tadi (Sebelum curahkan adunan santan ni...Kiah tuangkan sedikit air gula atas tepung dlm acuan tadi supaya berair ckit)&lt;br /&gt;6.
